Frank Flynn is a lifelong Kingston resident who graduated from Ulster County Community College and SUNY Binghamton with a BS in Management and Accounting. Frank worked as an internal auditor at Key Bank in 1983 and 1984, and in 1984 went to work in public accounting. After earning his Certified Public Accountant, he established Francis P. She is a graduate of Maria College in Albany, NY with an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Siena College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has experience in various industries including wholesale, retail, manufacturing, banking, and the private club industry. She is currently pursuing her CPA. Prior to working here, she was employed at another accountant’s firm for 14 years. Born and raised in Long Island, NY she eventually moved to Arizona to attend Northern Arizona University for two years. Teresa Putnam is an accountant who graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2006, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and graduated Ulster Community College in 2001, with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. Growing and learning in Ulster County throughout her life has provided us with the optimum reference for local area businesses.
